A Bird without a Song

What does a bird do without a song? Does it lay down to sleep in silence?

Think of a bird without a song as a person without the ability to inspire. Or simply like a tree that has lost its ability to bear fruit. Just like a bird can sing, so is your ability to inspire. You don’t have to be an inspirational leader to inspire others. You can simply inspire them by:

·       The way you are gentle with your words.

·       The way you smile when you enter a room.

·       The way you fall to your knees in the presence of children.

·       The way you extend a helping hand to the needy.

When others behold your demeanor and character traits, they see the essence of humankind and they become inclined to model that behavior.

You see, your inspiration comes from what you’re doing, not from knowing. Continue to inspire through your actions. Someone is watching.
